Processing & Delivery Time

• Regular Orders: Estimated delivery is typically 10-14 working days after order confirmation.
• Rush Orders: Estimated delivery is typically 7-10 working days and may include an additional charge, clearly shown at checkout.
• Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and courier conditions.
• All delivery timelines are estimates and begin after order confirmation.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout based on your destination and order details.
• There are no hidden handling or processing charges.
• We do not collect customs duties or local taxes at checkout. Any duties or taxes charged by your country are the customer’s responsibility.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from True Kilt containing your tracking number so you can track your shipment.

Delivery Address Policy

• Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.
• We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
• Orders delayed or misdelivered due to incorrect customer-provided addresses may require additional delivery time and/or additional shipping charges.

Incorrect Delivery by Courier

If your order is delivered to the wrong address due to an error by the courier company, we will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue. If the delivery error is confirmed to be the courier’s responsibility, we will support you with a suitable solution, which may include a replacement shipment where applicable.
