Returns & Exchange Policy

 

Our Returns Policy

At True Kilt, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive an item that does not meet your expectations, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days from the date of delivery. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging (including inner and outer packaging).
  • Custom-made, special-order, or personalized items cannot be returned unless faulty.
  • Items must include all original components that were included in the package.

How to Return or Exchange Items

  1. Contact us at support@truekilt.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.
  2. We will issue a returns number (RMA). Include this number on a separate piece of paper inside your return package, along with your order number and name.
  3. Send the item to the return address provided by our customer service team, and share the tracking number with us after dispatch.

Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we aim to process your refund within 2 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refunded amount where applicable.

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Depending on your payment provider, funds may take additional time to appear in your account.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@truekilt.com.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.

Important Notes

  • Please check measurements carefully before ordering. True Kilt is not responsible for incorrectly sized orders or mis-fitted items.
  • Carefully package returns to avoid damage during transit.
